How to create an account and add a listing
This guide covers the real customer path on AutoSouk, from landing on the home page to publishing a listing after admin review.
1. Start as a guest
What happens when I arrive on AutoSouk?
You can browse the home page, click Buy, and explore public listings right away. Some actions, such as seeing full protected details or contacting sellers, require you to sign in first.
Do I need an account before contacting someone?
You can discover the marketplace as a guest, but AutoSouk asks you to log in before protected actions such as messaging, contacting sellers, or opening dealer contact actions that require a user session.
How do I create an account?
You can register with your email address or use Google or Facebook sign-in.
2. Become a seller and add a listing
What happens the first time I click Sell?
The first Sell action activates your seller profile one time only. After that, you use your seller dashboard to manage listings, packages, and moderation status.
How do packages and slots work?
AutoSouk uses listing slots. The Basic package gives you one listing slot. If you already have an available slot, Add Listing opens the listing form. If you do not have a slot available, AutoSouk sends you to the packages flow first.
How do I add a listing?
After seller activation, choose your available package if needed, then complete the listing form with your car details and photos. When you submit, the listing is saved for admin review and is not public yet.
3. Admin review and listing status
What does pending review mean?
Pending review means your listing is waiting for admin validation. It is private at this stage and does not appear publicly until an admin approves it.
What if my listing is rejected?
If an admin rejects the listing, you will see the rejection reason in your seller area. You can fix the requested issue, edit the listing, and resubmit it for a new review cycle.
What happens after approval?
Once an admin approves your listing, it becomes public and visible on AutoSouk.
